Fried Kway Tiao with Cockles Well Done

Nothing beats having a spicy, high temperature fried broad noodles or kway tiao with cockles well done for supper. The fragrant, burnt black sauce my wife's and my favourite point of this dish. We always end up having our chopsticks in each other lips lavished with cockles we both enjoy to a high degree.

Fried Squid

My love and I settle with each other over this chinese deep fried squid at a place near Kingston Park where we first met. It is at this meeting, we discover each other's liking for this dish and ever since have been our signature dish for our anniversaries and instinctive place suggested to have a common dinner. The special thing being our first meeting.

Oatmeal Prawn

I always saved up my stomach to meet my wife for a home cooked oatmeal prawn that we enjoy peeling for each other and feeding them. The love of this dish guides us to express our love for each other. I add mayo to satisfy my spouse and she in turn will sprinkle chilli powder to make me delightful so that we ever continue falling in love.

Octopus Sushi

Sakae Sushi is our favourite haunt for seafood sushi because they serve it in pairs. My wife also find them so fresh and authentic which reminds us of our stay in Japan. I am always glad to have this dish to give to my wife cos' we have a romantic memory at Hokkaido Bay one warm night which I gave her a new ring hidden in the sushi.

Prawn Dumpling

Sunday afternoon is a time to relax in a dim sum restaurant with my spouse. Our favourite dish among three is prawn dumpling with vinegar or chili sauce. My spouse favour this one cos' the chef' is from Hong Kong and the prawn is so fresh a rare chance in the urban area. Moreover, the dumpling are extra large which we have it in no other place.

Barbecue StingRay

Such an appetizing dish can we only find across our residence especially when at night the smell reaches our high rise. It is very rare to have dishes in traditional banana leaf, smoked in all the spices and chili. And when served with fragrant white rice, aways leaves us with a contented treat and meal with my wife dearest.
