Fried Kway Tiao with Cockles Well Done
Nothing beats having a spicy, high temperature fried broad noodles or kway tiao with cockles well done for supper. The fragrant, burnt black sauce my wife's and my favourite point of this dish. We always end up having our chopsticks in each other lips lavished with cockles we both enjoy to a high degree.
